Bad Dog Studio (392 Spadina Ave)

Description: Open up new possibilities for your improv and overall performance chops through established techniques from the world of traditional acting! Learn how to use physical impulse and spatial relationship to create stand out characters and offers. Shape scenes more organically through understanding character intention and when to change tactics. Build a new toolbox to take your improv to the next level!

Prerequisite: Improv Foundation 3 or equivalent.

Cost: $350+HST

About Oliver: Oliver Georgiou is an actor and improvisor with a passion for unscripted theatre and the cross-section that exists between traditional acting and improvisation. He is the creator of the theatrically inclined SODA Impro and is one-half of the duo Jan & George with Reid Janisse. His theatre credits include works with Bygone Theatre, Theatre Orangeville, Alma Matter Productions, the North American tour of the award-winning Vampire Zombies...From Space!. As an instructor and coach, he works with Duck Confetti, HinProv, Assembly Improv, and the Detroit Improv Festival. Oliver is also an alumnus of Second City House Co. and the Canadian Podcast Award-winning series Caverns & Comedians.

Bad Dog Studio (392 Spadina Ave)

Bad Dog's Studios are located at 392 Spadina Ave on the 2nd Floor. There are two studios within - Studio 875 & Studio 138. Your welcome email will confirm which room your class will be using. There are also whiteboards by each door to indicate. Venue Accessibility: This class location is on the second floor with 15-20 steps. It is not wheelchair accessible.
