IMPROV FOR ACTORS 2

Mondays 2pm-4:30pm (2.5 Hours)

November 9 - December 7 (5 Weeks)

Bad Dog Studio (392 Spadina Ave)

Description: Improv For Actors 2 takes students further into improvisation technique. Building on the skills learned in the first level, students will learn how to incorporate improv to their personal toolkits and apply it toward their performances. This level will include more focus on scenework and practical application, so that students can make the most of their career opportunities.

Goal: To build on the skills learned in Improv For Actors 1 and go deeper into structure, scenework, and more advanced techniques.

Prerequisite: Improv For Actors 1 or similar improv-specific experience. Intended for students with an acting practice (ie professional level experience and/or training)

Class Size: 10 people max.

Duration: 5 x 2.5 hour weekly classes.
