Ever feel like you’re overthinking your next line or trying to "plot" your way through a scene? It’s time to get out of your head and into your heart. In this high-energy, supportive workshop, we will treat emotions not as heavy drama, but as a playground for rich storytelling. Instead of letting plot drive the action, you will learn how to use an emotional POV as your North Star to feel your why through what you say, what you do, and who your character becomes.

Prerequisite: Intermediate experience with improv. Improv Foundation 1 or equivalent.
